Step 1:

  • Confirm that your Chefman product was purchased new, unused, and unopened from an authorized retailer. The warranty does not cover products purchased through unauthorized sellers, secondary markets, auction sites, or bulk resale.

  • Verify that your product is within the warranty period specified for your model and that the issue is a genuine defect in materials or workmanship under normal household use.

  • Make sure the issue is not the result of misuse, abuse, accidents, power surges, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or any condition beyond normal use. These situations are excluded from warranty coverage.

Step 2:

  • Visit the official Chefman website and navigate to the Product Registration or Support section to register your appliance.

  • Enter your product model number, serial number, and purchase details to complete the registration process. Registration helps customer care locate your purchase information faster for future service requests.

  • Retain your original proof of purchase in a safe place throughout the warranty period. This confirms your purchase date and is required to validate any future warranty claim.

Step 3:

  • If your Chefman product fails under normal use within the warranty period, contact Chefman Customer Care by phone or email with your model number and proof of purchase ready.

  • Provide a description of the issue and follow the instructions given by the support team to determine whether your product needs inspection, repair, or replacement.

  • Once your warranty claim is reviewed, Chefman will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product. Replacement parts or a comparable product may be used. Refunds are typically not provided under the limited warranty.

Chefman Warranty Period:

  • Chefman provides a 1-year warranty from the date you purchase the product. During this time, the product is covered against any mechanical defects.
