Step 1:

  • To unlock the Stokke Extended Warranty, register your product online after purchase on the Stokke website. The quick three-step registration process requires your product's serial number and original proof of purchase. Products purchased directly from the Stokke website may be automatically registered; check your account or confirmation email.

  • For products purchased through other retailers, complete the official product registration using your serial number, proof of purchase, model name, and color. For Stokke PIPA by Nuna car seats, registration is handled separately by Nuna.

  • Registration is also required for CPSIA safety purposes, allowing Stokke to contact you in the event of a safety alert or recall. Stokke will not sell, rent, or share your personal information. A registration card may also be included in your product box as an alternative registration method.

Step 2:

  • If you experience an issue with your Stokke product, first contact the original retailer where you purchased it. They can arrange replacement parts, a product replacement, or a repair depending on the issue.

  • If the retailer is unavailable or unable to assist, you can submit a Product Reclamation claim directly through the customer support team. The team typically responds within two business days.

  • When submitting your claim, have the following ready: a photo of your original receipt or order confirmation, your product’s serial number, model name, and color, a description of the issue, your mailing address for replacement parts, and a contact phone number.

Step 3:

  • Depending on the nature of the defect and product type, the resolution may be a replacement part shipped to your address, a full product replacement, or a repair determined by Stokke or the original retailer on a case-by-case basis.

  • If a warranty claim is approved, there is no charge for covered replacement parts or product replacement. Stokke warranty claims for products purchased from open-box marketplaces or third-party resellers such as GoodBuy Gear are not honored by Stokke; those claims must be directed to the respective reseller.

What is covered under the Stokke Warranty?

Manufacturing faults that arise through normal recommended use and maintenance of the Stokke product as described in the provided user guide and instruction manual within the applicable Extended Warranty period.

  • Structural and material defects in major product components such as chair frames, stroller chassis, crib wooden materials, and similar primary parts where the defect is not the result of normal use, misuse, or external damage.
  • Defective parts that qualify for replacement under the Extended Warranty are supplied at no charge, either through the original retailer or directly from Stokke customer service.

What is NOT covered under the Stokke Warranty?

Normal wear and tear from everyday use — including colour changes in wood or textiles caused by sunlight exposure, minor material variations, and general ageing of components over time.

  • Damage caused by accidents, drops, transport mishandling, collisions, theft, overloading the product beyond its recommended capacity, or use that is not in line with the user guide and instruction manual.
  • Damage resulting from fitting accessories or parts not supplied by Stokke as part of the official product range any consequential damage caused by non-Stokke accessories is excluded from the Extended Warranty.
