Step 1:

  • Wrangler offers two separate warranty programs depending on the product. Standard Wrangler apparel, such as jeans, shirts, jackets, and casual wear, is covered by a limited warranty from the date of original purchase. Wrangler RIGGS Workwear products, including workwear jeans, pants, shirts, and related apparel, are covered by a limited lifetime warranty for the life of the product.

  • Before submitting a claim, confirm which warranty applies to your item by checking the garment’s care label, packaging, or the product listing on Wrangler’s official website. Certain items are excluded from both warranties, including Wrangler Reborn products, altered or upcycled items, irregulars, flame-resistant apparel, socks, licensed products such as jewelry, cowboy hats, and sunglasses, and secondhand or resold items.

  • Both warranties apply only to the original purchaser and are non-transferable. Proof of purchase, such as an order number, store receipt, or packing slip, is required when contacting support to start a claim.

Step 2:

  • To initiate a warranty claim, contact Wrangler's Consumer Relations Team during the applicable warranty period. You can reach the team by phone or by submitting a message through the contact form on Wrangler’s official website. Warranty service will not be processed without this step, as the support team must first assess your claim and provide return instructions.

  • When contacting the support team, have the following information ready: your order number (if purchased from Wrangler’s official website), full name, mailing address, daytime phone number, email address, and a clear description of the defect or issue with the product.

  • For licensed Wrangler products such as branded socks, jewelry, cowboy hats, and sunglasses, the standard Wrangler warranty does not apply. For these items, contact the respective licensed manufacturer directly or reach out to the Consumer Relations Team for guidance on the correct contact.

Step 3:

  • Once your claim is reviewed and approved, the Consumer Relations Team will email you a prepaid return shipping label. Print the label, attach it to the outside of your return package, and send the defective garment to Kontoor US, LLC, 1400 W. Wrangler Blvd., Seminole, addressed to Quality Control. Do not send returns via COD, as these shipments are not accepted. Returns sent without the provided prepaid label may incur non-refundable charges.

  • After the garment is received, Wrangler’s Quality Control team will inspect the product and process your claim. Processing times may vary, so please allow a reasonable period for review and resolution.

  • If the warranty claim is confirmed, Wrangler will either replace the defective garment with an identical item or a comparable replacement if the original is unavailable, or issue a refund of the original purchase price at Wrangler’s discretion. If a replacement is provided, Wrangler will cover the return shipping cost for the new garment.

wrangler Warranty Period:

  • Standard Wrangler Apparel: 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

  • Wrangler RIGGS Workwear Apparel: Limited Lifetime Warranty.

  • Licensed Products: Not covered under Wrangler’s warranty.
