  • The original owner is only able to claim the warranty by providing the original sales receipt to the seller. You must report any manufacturing defects to the Authorized Stickley Dealer who sold the products to you as soon as you discover them.

  • When you don't have any way to contact the dealer authorized by Stickley, you can submit an online claim directly to Stickley. Stickley allows you to choose one of the options for submitting a warranty claim, such as email, fax, or written correspondence.

Step 2:

  • To check the credibility of your claim, whether it is manufacturing defects or non-manufacturing defects, Stickley or an Authorized Stickley Dealer will arrange to inspect the products after they are notified.

  • Within thirty days, you should return the products that weigh under 50 lbs. Free returns are available for those who received damaged or defective products. You cannot return or receive a refund for catalogs.

Step 3:

  • Stickley shall not be held responsible for consequential or incidental damages, including, but not limited to, any liability arising from third-party claims against you for damages.

  • If you are unable to find the answers you seek, kindly fill out the provided form with as much detail as possible. The customer service team will promptly address your inquiry.

What is covered under the Stickley Warranty?

The warranty period for Stickley commences upon the receipt of the product in your home. This warranty is applicable solely to purchases made for your own normal indoor household use of Stickley furniture. This warranty provides protection solely for purchases of Stickley furniture from Stickley or an Authorized Stickley Dealer.

What is NOT covered under the Stickley Warranty?

The warranty excludes damage resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents, such as burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs, watermarks, sun damage, extreme temperatures, indentations, or pet damage. Damage incurred during the delivery or setup of your Stickley furniture in your home is not covered by this warranty and should be addressed with the party responsible for delivery. Any structural or finish defect noted during or immediately following prolonged storage in a storage facility will not be covered under warranty. Any modifications to the product made by dealers, consumers, or unauthorized parties will void this warranty. Products designated as "AS IS" at the time of purchase are not covered by this warranty.
