3 Simple Steps for Cub Cadet Warranty Claim:

Step 1:

  • The registration of the product has nothing to do with the warranty, but it can assist in saving the date of purchase, original owner, and product information. In addition, efficient warranty service and important safety tips will be provided through the registration process.

  • Registration also serves as evidence for proof of purchase for insurance claims. The form requires submission of contact and purchase information, with all fields being mandatory except for the phone number.

Step 2:

  • Cub Cadet offers an extended warranty plan for two years based on your financial status, which you can purchase after the date of the original purchase without any deductions from your bank account.

  • As soon as the original warranty period ends, an extended warranty plan automatically begins and provides coverage for parts and labor costs as well as mechanical and electrical breakdowns. The manufacturer will provide you with a new product with the same features when the repair cost is more than the purchase price.

Step 3:

  • The customer support team instructs you on how to find the serial number and they provide facilities for your order to be tracked down. As you scroll down, details regarding the parts, manuals, service, and warranties can be seen.

  • They offer valuable support content to Cub Cadet owners, empowering them to feel confident in handling simple tasks and providing advice to prolong the lifespan of their machines. You can have a live chat with them.
