If you're dissatisfied with your purchase, inform them within 30 days of receipt, and they will accept the return for a refund of the returned item(s), deducting a 10% return fee. Beyond 30 days, the same policy applies, but a 20% return fee will be applied to the returned items.
The original delivery charges are non-refundable, and there may be additional shipping fees. Ensure to keep all packaging from the initial shipment, as unboxed items may incur extra packaging charges. Returns are not accepted if the item has been in your possession for more than 120 days.
If you receive a damaged item, please inform them within 3 days of receipt, and they will facilitate a replacement or refund as required. There will be no restocking fees or charges for return shipping.

Blu Dot provides a five-year warranty to the original purchaser upon presentation of proof of purchase. Throughout the applicable five-year warranty period, Blu Dot's sole responsibility is to repair or replace (at Blu Dot's discretion) any product, part, or component covered by this warranty that Blu Dot determines has malfunctioned under normal usage due to a defect in material or workmanship. Blu Dot will repair or replace the aforementioned product, part, or component with a comparable alternative.
Blu Dot's warranty does not cover natural variations in wood grain or figure, nor the presence of character marks. It also excludes changes in surface finishes due to aging or exposure to light, as well as marks, scars, or wrinkles occurring naturally in leather. Failure resulting from normal wear and tear, as well as the matching of colors, grains, or textures of natural materials, is not covered. Additionally, the warranty does not extend to the colorfastness or matching of colors of textiles, including an exact match to cuttings or swatches, or designs upholstered in Customers' Own Material (COM). Damage, marking, or staining of veneer or painted surfaces due to contact with rubber or similar compounds, improper use of cleaning products, damage from sharp objects, or imprinting from writing instruments are also excluded. Prolonged exposure to moisture, salt air, or direct sunlight is not covered, nor is discoloration of textiles and surface materials due to exposure to elements, soiling, stains, or dye transfer from clothing, including denim.
