You have to follow a few rules to make a successful return. The information related to the credit claim number, original invoice number, original order number, product model number, the reason for the claim, photo of any damage, contact person and contact details, supplier authority-brand manager, and the amount claimed should be included.
After the verification of the provided data, through email or a phone call, Planika will provide you with an RA number for the store once it is approved.
You have to check whether there are any chances of products getting damaged during transportation as you are responsible for that if anything happens to your product.
The manufacturer does not guarantee a replacement product during the repair period. The warranty is provided under the condition that the Buyer thoroughly reviews the manual and oversees all assembly and installation processes.

The warranty covers potential concealed structural or material defects, as well as hidden damage to electronic components discovered during proper use. It is contingent on the requirement that Planika outdoor gas fireplaces are installed in accordance with the instruction manual, and a compliance certificate is furnished before engaging a service technician.
2-year warranty
The warranty excludes damage resulting from the user's improper use. It will not apply to any damage resulting from the incorrect use of the product, non-compliant or incorrect installation in accordance with the installation manual requirements for all Planika products, and it does not cover accessories that are included with the product. Attempting to repair the product independently or breaking the seal will void the warranty. The warranty does not cover any alterations or discoloration resulting from normal use. Additionally, it does not cover unforeseen events that are independent of usage conditions.
