The warranty excludes damage resulting from the user's improper use. It will not apply to any damage resulting from the incorrect use of the product, non-compliant or incorrect installation in accordance with the installation manual requirements for all Planika products, and it does not cover accessories that are included with the product. Attempting to repair the product independently or breaking the seal will void the warranty. The warranty does not cover any alterations or discoloration resulting from normal use. Additionally, it does not cover unforeseen events that are independent of usage conditions.
