The warranty is applicable solely to new Appliances bought and utilized in Australia or New Zealand. Throughout the Warranty Period, the manufacturer or its Authorized Service Center (ASC) will, at no additional cost if your Appliance is easily accessible for service without requiring special equipment, and in accordance with these terms and conditions, undertake the repair or replacement of any parts deemed defective.
12-month warranty for most of the products
The warranty excludes coverage for light globes, batteries, filters, or similar perishable parts, as well as cosmetic damage that does not impact the Appliance's operation. Damage to the Appliance resulting from negligence or accidents, misuse or abuse, including inadequate maintenance or service, improper, negligent, or faulty servicing or repairs conducted by anyone other than an Electrolux authorized repairer or ASC, normal wear and tear, power surges, electrical storm damage, or incorrect power supply, incomplete or improper installation, incorrect, improper, or inappropriate operation, insect or vermin infestation, and failure to comply with any additional instructions supplied with the Appliance are also not covered by the warranty.
