  • Confirm that the issue is due to a manufacturing defect under normal use. STAX is not responsible for any malfunction or damage caused by the use of non-certified third-party amplification devices.

  • Have your order number, original purchase invoice, and product serial number ready, as these will be required when submitting your claim.

Step 2:

  • Customers who purchased their STAX products from retailers based in the United States or Canada should contact and return the product to the original place of purchase. The retailer will assist with warranty claims in accordance with their policies and procedures.

  • For products purchased directly from staxheadphones.com, submit a warranty claim by emailing  with your order number, original purchase invoice and product serial number, and a detailed explanation of the issue.

  • The customer service team will review your submission and provide further instructions on the next steps.

Step 3:

  • Once your claim is reviewed, the support team will advise on the course of action which may include repair, replacement, or return depending on the nature of the issue.

  • Ensure your product is securely packaged before any return shipment, as damage during transit may affect your claim.

  • For customers outside the US and Canada, contact your local STAX authorized distributor directly for after-sales service and warranty support.

Stax Warranty Period:

  • Warranty period varies by product and region customers should refer to their product documentation or contact support for the specific period applicable to their purchase. Repairs carried out by authorized service technicians carry a 90-day warranty on the repair itself.
