Step 1:

  • The warranty period begins on the day your product is delivered to your address. Confirm that your product is still within the applicable warranty period before proceeding.

  • Valid proof of purchase is required when submitting a warranty claim with EcoFlow. For orders placed on the EcoFlow website, have your sales invoice or order confirmation email ready. For products purchased from other channels, provide a valid purchase invoice or order number verified by the EcoFlow customer service team.

  • Ensure that the issue is a manufacturing defect under normal use and does not fall under warranty exclusions. Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, force majeure, or products purchased from unauthorized resellers is not covered.

Step 2:

  • For unconditional returns within 30 days of receiving your product (EcoFlow.com orders only), register your return on EcoFlow’s return page. The support team will confirm eligibility, provide an RMA number, and issue a prepaid return shipping label with packaging instructions.

  • For warranty repair or replacement requests after the 30-day return window, contact the EcoFlow support team by phone, email, or through the EcoFlow app. Do not send the product back without first receiving RMA confirmation from the support team.

  • The defect reporting date is determined by the earliest of your phone contact, support email, or app report date. Report any defect as soon as it is identified to protect your warranty eligibility.

Step 3:

  • After EcoFlow receives your replacement request, a replacement product will be sent within 7 business days after the returned item is received. You will be notified by email with shipping details once the replacement has been dispatched.

  • For products requiring repair, EcoFlow will cover the repair costs. The customer is responsible for shipping the product to the authorized repair center, while the repair center will cover the return shipping after the repair is completed.

  • Replacement products or parts will inherit the remaining warranty period of the original product or receive at least 3 months of warranty, whichever period is longer.

  • 100W Flexible Solar Panel: 3 years

  • R600 Series / EF-1500: 3 years

What is covered under the EcoFlow Warranty?

EcoFlow warrants its products against manufacturing defects under normal use during the applicable warranty period.

  • Products under warranty that have a manufacturing defect are eligible for repair or replacement, provided a valid proof of purchase and product serial number are supplied.
  • Refurbished products certified by EcoFlow are also eligible for the same after-sales services, including warranty.

What is NOT covered under the EcoFlow Warranty?

Warranty repair service will not be provided where the warranty period has expired, proof of purchase cannot be provided, product identification information has been altered or worn off, unauthorized modifications have been made to software or hardware, damage has been caused by force majeure (including earthquake, fire, flood, war, or lightning), or the product has been repaired by persons not authorized by EcoFlow.

  • Damage from collisions, burns, liquid ingress, foreign substances, improper installation or operation, and natural surface wear that does not affect functionality are also excluded.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers and non-commercial product versions are not covered.
