  • Your claim can only be processed once you've submitted the images (with the bottom of your product); otherwise, it won't be possible.

  • The identical procedure should be adhered to for order errors and shipping claims. It's essential that the images are in JPG, PNG, or GIF formats and that their total size does not surpass 20 Mb for all attachments combined.

Step 2:

  • Your email address, subject, proof of purchase, and type of inquiry—after giving a description and attaching a file—you can submit your Stanley 1913 warranty claim form. 

  • Stanley 1913 is facing higher-than-normal volumes, so there may be delayed responses.

  • They allow returns for items bought from the Stanley website within a period of 30 days.

  • The items must be in unused, undamaged condition, not customized, and returned in their original packaging to be eligible for the return.
