This unique lifetime warranty specifically covers the gradual decline in thermal performance over time. Please note that this warranty is applicable solely under normal product usage conditions and when proper care and usage guidelines specific to the products have been followed. Moreover, this warranty holds validity exclusively for products acquired through Stanley or an authorized seller. In the event that your product requires attention, Stanley will, at their discretion, either repair or replace it at their expense with a comparable product currently in their manufacturing lineup. In the rare instance that there are no equivalent products currently in production, Stanley will reach out to you to explore alternative options. It's important to note that replacements may not guarantee an exact match in color or finish.
The warranty for their drinkware and food containers (excluding lids, seals, and straws) will remain in effect for the entire lifespan of the product.
This warranty omits coverage for products damaged by natural disasters or accidents, such as fires. Furthermore, it does not extend to any non-stainless steel components. Counterfeit or imitation products, regular wear, and tear, defects, or damage arising from the following circumstances are also not covered: (1) failure to adhere to care and usage instructions, (2) accidents, (3) post-purchase modifications to the product (e.g., engraving, accessories, etc.), as well as abuse, misuse, or neglect.
