Step 1:

  • Register your product by providing your foremost details, information about your product, iFIT service plans, and a summary of the purchased product. Registration must be done within 30 days of purchase to extend your manufacturer's warranty by 90 days.

  • To inquire about your order's progress, please type the order number provided in your order confirmation email (e.g., PF000000). In case you missed your order number, email, and zip code are more than enough for the order to be tracked down. Free equipment is available with 3-year iFIT membership plans.

  • For warranty service, having the product's model and serial numbers on hand is advisable.

Step 2:

  • Whether you find your purchase unsatisfactory, you have the option to request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please note that returns will incur a non-refundable return shipping charge of $250 along with a 10% processing fee.

  • These fees will be applied once the product has been shipped, and it's important to be aware that canceling your order at this stage will result in the associated fees being incurred. A completed upgraded service cannot be refunded.

Step 3:

  • If you encounter any problems and wish to contact them, please submit a request and specify your requirements. After giving the principal information asked in the form you must either upload documents or a photo (proof of purchase) but this is optional.

What is covered under the ProForm Warranty?

iFIT Inc. (iFIT) provides a warranty for this product, ensuring it is free from defects in workmanship and materials when used under normal conditions. Please note that this warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is not transferable. iFIT's responsibility under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing the product, at iFIT's discretion, through one of its authorized service providers. To make warranty claims for repairs, prior authorization from iFIT is required. In cases where replacement parts are shipped during the warranty period, the customer may have to pay a minimal handling charge. If in-home service is needed, the customer may also be responsible for a minimal trip charge.

  • 1-year warranty on labor

  • 2-year warranty on parts

  • 10-year warranty on frames

What is NOT covered under the ProForm Warranty?

This warranty does not shelter freight damage to the product. The following conditions will nullify this warranty: (1) if the product is used as a store display model, (2) if the product is purchased or transported outside of the USA, (3) if any instruction or warning in this manual is not followed, (4) if the product is subjected to abuse, improper, or abnormal use, (5) if the product is modified to alter functionality or capability without written permission from iFIT, or (6) if the product is used for commercial or rental purposes. iFIT does not authorize any other warranty beyond what is explicitly mentioned above. iFIT is not answerable for the following types of damages: (1) indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the product's use or performance; (2) damages related to economic loss, loss of property, loss of revenues or profits, loss of enjoyment or use, or costs associated with removal or installation; or (3) any other consequential damages of any nature. It's important to note that some states may not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. This warranty grants particular legal entitlements, and the customer may possess additional rights that differ according to state rules and regulations.
