To initiate your Char-Broil warranty claim, please adhere to the following steps:

3 Simple Steps for Char-Broil Warranty Claim:

Step 1:

  • Product Registration is important to begin your warranty claim process. Whether you have problems with products like grills, smokers, and fryers. The registration will help them to contact you soon and provide efficient service.

  • Before filing the warranty claim, you should provide the model number of the product. This model number is crucial to inquire about the details of replacement parts, warranty information, manuals and guides for the products, and product diagrams.

  • You are able to track your order and case lookup by providing confirmation and case numbers respectively.

Step 2:

  • They have specific procedures in place for returning their products. When initiating a return, it is essential to obtain an RMA number for any items. The RMA number should be prominently displayed on both the exterior of the shipping container and the packing slip, which must be included inside the container.

  • In the event that customers return products without including an RMA number, a 20% restocking fee will be applied, calculated based on the value of the returned products.

  • If you wish to swap an item for an alternative choice, kindly use the aforesaid procedure to return the original item. Upon receipt of the item, your initial purchase price will be reimbursed to you.

  • The processing of your return will require approximately 7 to 10 business days from the time the items arrive at their returns center. To receive a refund to the original form of payment, items that have been purchased must be returned to them in their original, unused condition within 30 days of the purchase date.

Step 3:

  • When reaching out to Customer Support, please ensure you have your Model and Serial numbers in the invoice with you. Feel free to give them a call if you require further assistance.

  • You will have to provide them with vital details to get you back. They greatly appreciate hearing from individuals who share an interest in their products and lifestyle.
