How to claim Casper Warranty?

This limited warranty applies to products manufactured by Casper Sleep Inc. ("Casper") that have been purchased directly from Casper or Casper's authorized retailers and are located in the United States (excluding US territories) or Canada. These products primarily include mattresses ("Mattresses"), and certain aspects of the limited Mattress Warranty also cover mattress covers sold with Mattresses ("Mattress Covers"). It's important to note that all Casper warranties, including any implied warranties, are only valid for the duration of time that the product is owned by the original purchaser. The term "original purchaser," as defined in this warranty, refers to the first person who bought the products directly from Casper or a Casper-authorized retailer. To serve as proof of purchase, please retain a copy of your receipt. Be aware that all Casper limited warranties cannot be transferred. The warranty applies to deterioration that results in the Mattress developing a visible indentation exceeding one (1) inch, provided that this indentation is not due to the use of an improper or insufficient foundation or adjustable bed base, which may cause sagging. Normal wear and tear necessitate that a Mattress is continuously supported by a matching foundation or adjustable bed base, along with a suitable bed frame capable of supporting the combined weight of the Mattress and foundation. Furthermore, this warranty encompasses any physical flaw in the Mattress that leads to the foam material splitting or cracking, even under normal usage and proper handling. It also includes coverage for manufacturing defects in the zipper assembly of the Mattress Cover.

This limited warranty excludes coverage for certain conditions or situations. It does not cover the typical softening of the foam pressure-relieving material over time, as long as it doesn't compromise the Mattress's pressure-relieving properties. Comfort preferences are not covered. Any physical abuse or damage to the Mattress's structure or cover material, including burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, or stains, is not covered unless the defect results directly from such abuse or damage. Furthermore, the warranty does not extend to damage caused by commercial use, such as in hotels or stores, unless you are a Trade Customer. It also doesn't include replacement of non-defective components within the Casper sleep system, products sold by unauthorized resellers, items sold with descriptors like "as-is," "preconditioned," "reconditioned," "used," "comfort return," "returned," "previously owned," or any similar wording suggesting that the product is not new or of first quality, or has been previously used by another consumer. Normal wear and tear resulting from washing and intended use, as well as the expected softening and settling of materials, are also not covered. Finally, damage caused by Acts of God or other natural forces is excluded from this warranty.
