Step 2:

  • You have the option to return your Casper product and receive a complete refund within 30 days of delivery or in-store purchase, as long as the item remains unused and is returned in its original packaging and pristine condition.

  • Apart from this, mattresses are available for a 100-night trial period, allowing you to try them at no cost. Returns are simple and free anytime after the initial 30-night adjustment period.

  • On the outside of the box, you can paste the return label. Having a sturdy box is fine unless there is no original packaging. 

  • To check the status of your package, please find your shipping confirmation email and click on the tracking number provided.
