  • You can't proceed further unless you have the serial number and the registration process involves three required steps: product, purchase, and owner contact information.

  • You have a 60-day window to register your products after receiving them in order to be eligible for U-Line's extended second and third-year limited warranties.

Step 2:

  • To qualify for credit when returning parts and accessories, it is essential to have the items in their original packaging, unused, and without excessive markings or labels. The return window extends for 30 days from the shipment date by U-Line.

  • It's important to note that a 30% restocking fee will be applied to all returns, and the customer has to pay the return shipping costs. When returning the product the original packaging slip should have the return authorization number given by them.

  • Situated in the Midwest, their experienced team is available to address inquiries, offer product details, aid in locating qualified service providers in your region, and provide technical support to service technicians.

What is covered under the U-Line Refrigeration Warranty?

The warranty pertains to products that have been installed and used in a typical residential setting. This warranty includes coverage for material and cosmetic defects and is limited to a period of 60 days from the original purchase date. All service conducted under this warranty by U-Line must be carried out by a U-Line factory-authorized servicer unless specifically directed otherwise by U-Line. Please note that this warranty is applicable solely to products that have been installed within one of the fifty states of the United States, the District of Columbia, or any of the ten provinces in Canada.

  • 60-day limited warranty on material cosmetics

  • 1-year limited warranty on all parts and labor

  • 2-year limited warranty on all parts and labor for five-class products

  • 5-year sealed system limited warranty

What is NOT covered under the U-Line Refrigeration Warranty?

The warranty excludes coverage for any parts or labor needed to address defects resulting from negligence, accidents, improper use, inadequate maintenance, incorrect installation, unapproved service, repairs, or acts of nature, such as fire, floods, or other natural disasters. U-Line will not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from a breach of these warranties or any other warranty, whether it's express, implied, or statutory. Replacement water filters, light bulbs, and other consumable parts are not encompassed by these warranties. Additionally, any in-home instruction on how to use your product is not covered by these warranties. These warranties also do not cover losses related to food, beverages, or medicines. If your product is situated in an area where U-Line's factory-authorized service is unavailable, you might be responsible for a trip charge or be required to transport the product to a U-Line factory-authorized service location at your own expense. Please be aware that signal issues related to Wi-Fi connectivity are not included in these warranties.
