Step 1:

  • The authorized Specialized retailer handles warranty claims, while Specialized Rider Care should be contacted for purchases made through the official Specialized website. They will ask you to provide the original proof of purchase and the defective part during the warranty period.

  • For items bought through the official website, Rider Care will furnish guidelines for submitting claims. Warranty coverage for third-party components is handled directly by the respective manufacturer.

  • The registration is split into two sections for bikes and Roval. Each category requires you to create an account beforehand.

Step 2:

  • Should you determine that a newly purchased and unused item from their online store does not meet your needs for any reason, you have the option to return it within 60 days of receipt for a full refund, credited back to the original payment method. 

  • The used and undamaged products have a return period of 30 days. The return must include all components originally included with your purchase, such as manuals, warranty documents, and any other accessories.

Step 3:

  • Once your return is approved, you can expect to receive your refund within approximately 72 hours, varying based on the original payment method used. An email confirmation will be sent to you once your return has been processed.

  • The refund amount will be equivalent to the original purchase price of the returned item(s), inclusive of applicable tax, but exclusive of the initial shipping and handling charges.
