Step 2:

  • You have a window of 60 days from the date of purchase to initiate returns. Refunds will be processed only to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in instances where an error was made on their part with shipping.

  • Santa Cruz doesn't facilitate an "exchange" procedure. Instead, please return your item and proceed to place a new order for the alternative item.

Step 3:

  • This warranty provides you with certain legal entitlements, and additional rights may vary depending on the laws of your state or country. Certain states and countries may not permit some or all of the mentioned exclusions or limitations, thus they might not be applicable to you.

  • Regarding paint, other finishes, and decals, the warranty duration extends to three years from the initial purchase date. It's important to note that this limited warranty does not cover fading and other conditions resulting from excessive exposure to ultraviolet light (UV) or outdoor elements.

What is covered under the Santa Cruz Bicycles Warranty?

Santa Cruz Bicycles will, at its discretion, repair or replace products manufactured by Santa Cruz Bicycles that are found to be defective in materials or workmanship. This warranty remains valid for the lifetime of the frame or fork and applies solely to the original owner. However, frames purchased before May 1, 2015, are subject to the previous warranty terms, which provide coverage for five years from the original date of purchase.

What is NOT covered under the Santa Cruz Bicycles Warranty?

The warranty excludes expenses related to labor, custom finishes, regular wear and tear, or damage resulting from commercial use. Additionally, it becomes void if the part undergoes any modification from its original condition or if it's used outside its intended purpose, as determined solely by Santa Cruz Bicycles. Warranty coverage for damage resulting from accidents, crashes, or other impacts is limited to offered replacements at a reduced charge, as specified.
