Santa Cruz Bicycles will, at its discretion, repair or replace products manufactured by Santa Cruz Bicycles that are found to be defective in materials or workmanship. This warranty remains valid for the lifetime of the frame or fork and applies solely to the original owner. However, frames purchased before May 1, 2015, are subject to the previous warranty terms, which provide coverage for five years from the original date of purchase.
The warranty excludes expenses related to labor, custom finishes, regular wear and tear, or damage resulting from commercial use. Additionally, it becomes void if the part undergoes any modification from its original condition or if it's used outside its intended purpose, as determined solely by Santa Cruz Bicycles.
