3 Simple Steps for Trek Bikes Warranty Claim:

Step 1:

  • To make a claim under this warranty, it must be initiated through an authorized dealer or distributor, and proof of purchase is mandatory. Prior to processing a warranty claim, a bicycle must be registered with Trek Bicycle Corporation.

  • Trek and Electra bear no responsibility for incidental or consequential damages unless prohibited by state regulations. Claims initiated outside the country of the original purchase may be subject to fees and additional limitations.

  • Registering your new bike is a fast and simple method to safeguard your investment. It offers a record of your serial number, which can be invaluable if your bike is lost or stolen.

Step 2:

  • The bike's serial number can be located on the underside of the bicycle frame, typically near the bottom bracket. Look for a sticker that includes a barcode.

  • If you're not completely satisfied with your Trekbikes purchase within the initial 30 days, they'll accept the return hassle-free and without any extra charges. Please note that in-store purchases may be subject to specific restrictions imposed by individual retailers.

  • When a refund is processed, the refunded amount will be returned to the original payment method utilized during the purchase. Typically, refund credits reflect on your account within 10 days, although it may take up to 30 days depending on your bank's processing time.

Step 3:

  • The 30-Day Unconditional Guarantee encompasses Trek and Bontrager aftermarket components, apparel, and accessories. However, Bontrager OE (original equipment) componentry sold with a bicycle is not covered. Additionally, any used items must be cleaned prior to being returned.

  • The customer service team is committed to sharing their passion for cycling with you. If you require assistance or have inquiries that need addressing, simply reach out via email, and they'll be readily available to assist you.

  • During the warranty process, Trek Bikes may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the warranty period.
