  • For a warranty claim to be processed, it's crucial to provide proof of purchase from Mobvoi or an authorized reseller, a detailed description of the problem or defect, the date when the defect was initially noticed, as well as your current address and phone number.

Step 2:

  • If your claim meets the conditions for acceptance, Mobvoi will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization. It is imperative that you return the products to Mobvoi (using the address provided by Mobvoi), along with the proof of purchase and the RMA, within 30 days from the date you received the RMA from Mobvoi.

  • In the event you neglect to return the Product(s), proof of purchase, and RMA, along with any additional information requested by Mobvoi, within this 30-day timeframe, your claim will be considered void.

Step 3:

  • This limited warranty is applicable solely to products manufactured by or for mobvoi bearing the "ticwatch" trade name or logo and featuring a valid ticwatch serial number. removal of the serial number from the product(s) renders this limited warranty null and void.

  • This warranty grants you certain legal rights, and you may also possess additional rights that differ depending on your jurisdiction.

What is covered under the Mobvoi Warranty?

Mobvoi offers the following limited warranty for products purchased directly from Mobvoi's website or an authorized reseller. Mobvoi ensures that the Products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one year from the date of product receipt. For any Products exhibiting material defects during this warranty period, Mobvoi will, at its discretion, undertake one of the following actions: (i) repair the Product(s); (ii) replace the Products with new or refurbished ones (the replacement Products being of identical model or functional equivalence); or (iii) provide a refund based on the depreciation accrued, corresponding to the price you paid for the Products.

What is NOT covered under the Mobvoi Warranty?

The limited warranty excludes certain conditions and scenarios, including consumable parts like batteries, unless damage occurs due to a defect in non-consumable parts. It also exempts normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents, and damages resulting from misuse, accidents, neglect, or abuse. Additionally, alterations, modifications, improper repairs or installations, and operation outside of permitted uses as described by Mobvoi void the warranty. Damage caused by non-TicWatch products, third-party applications, or modifications to firmware or software by unauthorized parties are also not covered by the warranty.
