The warranty applies to products purchased from authorized Soniclean retailers and is only valid for the original owner and the original product; it cannot be transferred. Soniclean assures that the suction motor and unit will be free from defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period when used in normal household conditions and maintained according to the instructions in the manual. If the suction motor is determined to be defective, at Soniclean's discretion, it will be either repaired or replaced. For the original unit and non-wearable components deemed defective, Soniclean, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace them for up to 1 year from the original purchase date. In the rare event that a replacement unit is provided, the warranty coverage ends six months after the receipt date of the replacement unit or the remaining duration of the existing warranty, whichever is longer. If the unit is replaced, Soniclean reserves the right to replace it with a unit of equal or greater value.
The warranty provided does not extend to cover several specific situations or conditions. Firstly, it does not cover the normal wear and tear of parts that are designed to be replaced or regularly maintained, such as filter bags and ULPA filters. These components are essential for the proper functioning of the unit but are not included in the warranty. Additionally, the warranty will not apply to units that have been tampered with or used for commercial cleaning purposes. Any damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligent handling, as well as damage resulting from mishandling during shipping, is not covered. Consequential and incidental damages are also excluded from the warranty. Furthermore, defects resulting from shipping damage or repairs, service, or alterations performed by unauthorized repair personnel are not covered by the warranty. Products purchased, used, or operated outside of North America are not eligible for warranty coverage. Lastly, operating the vacuum without using genuine Soniclean C2 filter bags and the motor protection filter is not covered by the warranty.
