Individuals should have proof of purchase while claiming the warranty. The warranty is made to the original purchase by an authorized distributor.
If you are unable to provide proof of purchase for a product, the warranty coverage will begin ninety days after the product's sale date to an authorized distributor.
The Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number is provided by the manufacturer of the product, and you will be asked for it when returning the product. You have to keep a copy of the RMA number inside the box.
All RMA procedures have to be followed carefully. The products will not be accepted when you fail to provide the RMA number or stick to the procedures.
Within thirty days, all products must be returned to the seller. The following criteria should be met, such as the product should be in unused, new, and undamaged conditions.

Sandia Products provides a warranty that all parts are new and free from defects in both workmanship and materials when used under normal conditions, and this warranty is applicable to the original retail purchaser. However, this warranty solely covers the replacement of defective parts, and labor is exclusively offered by authorized service centers. If there is no authorized service center in close proximity, it becomes the responsibility of the purchaser to transport their machine to an authorized service center. Any parts that are replaced or repaired under the terms of this warranty will be covered for the remaining duration of the original warranty period.
The warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of equipment, whether it is defective or not. Manufacturer sales and service representatives do not have the authority to modify the terms of this warranty or increase the manufacturer's responsibilities under the warranty. It is important to note that authorized warranty replacement parts must be obtained directly from the manufacturer. Using any other parts will invalidate the warranty. The manufacturer does not provide reimbursement for parts used by the customer that were not originally supplied for the machine under warranty.
