To ensure your warranty remains valid, it is imperative that the building be maintained in accordance with the instructions outlined in the owner’s manual.
The warrantor will not cover the costs for taking down the product, flooring, construction labor, or any other related expenses.
The warranty has particular legal rights and there is a possibility of other rights having been included which may change from state to state or province to province.

The manufacturer guarantees to the original owner that their outdoor storage products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. If any parts are found to be defective or missing, they will provide replacement parts at no cost. This warranty covers only failures that occur under normal use.
The warranty does not cover color changes due to normal use, weathering, or damage resulting from misuse, neglect, commercial use, failure to follow assembly instructions or the owner’s manual, painting, natural forces, or other causes beyond the manufacturer's control. Storing pool chemicals or using pressure-treated wood for the floor will cause steel corrosion and is not covered under the warranty. Additionally, the warranty is void if the product is modified in any way.
