The right to refuse returns solely lies with the manufacturer in cases where the product lacks a manufacturing defect but has been damaged by the customer, or to prevent fraud or abuse.

The warranty claims for the products will not be assumed valid if they were purchased from any third parties other than authorized sellers.
Refunds for purchases accompanied by valid proof of purchase will be issued back to the original method of payment.
1-year warranty
The warranty plan includes instances where an RRTYO lighting fixture breaks or malfunctions due to defects in material and workmanship within one year from the original purchase date.
The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, or neglect. Similarly, it does not extend to damages caused by accidents or natural disasters. Additionally, any damages resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications are not covered. Finally, normal wear and tear are also excluded from warranty coverage.
