  • Snapware recommends that you fulfill three conditions to initiate warranty inquiries seamlessly. The specified conditions are outlined below:

  • A photograph illustrating the specific area where the damage occurred is necessary.

  • Attach a photograph of any embossed or printed markings on the product, should they be present. In the event that such markings are not available, include multiple photos taken from various angles to authenticate the product.

  • Make certain that images and attachments do not exceed 5 MB to facilitate smooth delivery.

Step 2:

  • You have a 90-day timeframe from the purchase date to return any products that fail to meet your satisfaction. Products eligible for return are those acquired through their E-Commerce website or customer care center. By adhering to the specified guidelines, you can initiate the refund-claiming process.

  • Upon subtracting the initial shipping and handling fees, a full refund will be processed, and the prepaid return fee of $8 will be returned. It is imperative to utilize the original packaging for items that have not been used.

  • The receipt and processing of your return will be completed within 30 days from the date you dispatch your package.
