Snapware requires you to meet three conditions to initiate warranty inquiries. The specified conditions are outlined below:
A photograph illustrating the specific area where the damage occurred is necessary.
Attach a photograph of any embossed or printed markings on the product, should they be present.
In the event that such markings are not available, include multiple photos taken from various angles to authenticate the product.
Make certain that images and attachments do not exceed 5 MB to facilitate smooth delivery.
You have a 90-day timeframe from the purchase date to return any products that fail to meet your satisfaction. Products eligible for return are those purchased through Snapware’s e-commerce website or customer care center.
By adhering to the specified guidelines, you can initiate the refund-claiming process. After deducting the initial shipping and handling fees, a full refund will be issued, including the prepaid return fee of $8.
Unused items must be returned in their original packaging. The receipt and processing of your return will be completed within 30 days from the date you dispatch your package.
Once you raise a claim, a case will be created, and the Snapware customer support team will follow up via email to request the required information and guide you through the next steps.

During the warranty process, Snapware may provide a warranty replacement or offer warranty service within the warranty period.
