• The only way to start a warranty claim is through their official website using the Smith Optics warranty claim form.

• Make sure to include your details, shipping information, images of defects, product SKU or UPC number, and proof of purchase before submitting your request.
  

• Upon approval of your Smith Optics warranty claim, you will receive a warranty voucher that can be used toward a product of similar value within the same category.

• You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs and any applicable taxes for the replacement order.
