Upon approval of your warranty claim, you will receive a warranty voucher that can be used toward a product of similar value within the same category. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs and any applicable taxes for the replacement order.
Usually, the warranty process takes about 1-2 weeks. Items bought using warranty vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged.
