What is covered under the SkyBell Warranty?

The SkyBell warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur during the warranty period, as well as hardware failures that affect its functionality, such as camera, microphone, speaker, or motion sensors.

What is NOT covered under the SkyBell Warranty?

The SkyBell warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, mishandling, abuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications. It does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, power surges, lightning strikes, or other external factors beyond SkyBell's control. It does not cover normal wear and tear, third-party accessories or software, loss or theft, or any damage resulting from such events.
