After receiving the warranty claim, Demarini will choose one of the four options: acceptance of the warranty claim, sending the products, rejection, or directing you to the Authorized Dealer of purchase.
All products, except custom orders, are eligible for return within thirty days of receiving the shipment. Customers who made purchases using their account must initiate the return through it.
Demarini proudly accepts the gifted products if you provide the original order confirmation number and email address. The original form of payment is used to deposit the refund in 3-5 business days once it touches the boundary of the warehouse.
This warranty provides you with certain legal entitlements, and you may also possess additional rights that differ depending on the state you reside in.
In certain states (including New Jersey) and provinces, limitations or exclusions on incidental or consequential damages may not be permissible. Therefore, the provided limitation or exclusion might not be applicable to you.

Demarini Warranty protects against material and workmanship defects for a specified period of time from the date of the purchase of the product. The warranty is designed to protect against damage resulting from normal and intended use, such as breakage, crackling, denting, and structural issues.
The Demarini warranty excludes coverage for various conditions, including normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage such as natural fading of colors, damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, or negligence, including prolonged exposure to inclement weather. It also does not cover failure to follow care instructions, damage from rips, cuts, or tears, burns, abrasions, or damage caused by steaming devices or other heat treatments. Unauthorized modification or alteration, including repairs conducted outside of Wilson customer service, is not covered, nor are products with removed or defaced holograms or date codes. Additionally, products purchased from unauthorized dealers, including those from auction sites such as eBay or Craigslist, unauthorized dealers on third-party marketplaces like Amazon Marketplace, or dealers selling altered, doctored, or counterfeit products, are not covered. Counterfeit products, items purchased used, as-is, or without warranty, and any damages occurring after the warranty period are also excluded from coverage.
