Step 1:

  • Ensure that you have all necessary documents for the warranty claim, including purchase receipts or invoices, the product’s serial number, and warranty registration paperwork. The device typically comes with a warranty card and other relevant registration documents. You can submit the form directly to file your warranty claim.

  • Before proceeding with the claim, check the terms and conditions of the warranty Commercial Warranties provided by the manufacturer. Make sure to verify the coverage duration and understand the conditions under which the warranty is valid.

Step 2:

  • All product return requests must be directed to TCP Customer Care and must include proof of purchase. Approval of these requests is solely at the discretion of authorized TCP personnel.

  • Items returned to TCP without prior approval will be rejected, and no credit will be issued. Products must be returned within one year from the original shipping date. All products must be returned using TCP-approved freight methods within 30 days of receiving a Return Authorization (RA).

  • Should the product not be returned within 30 days, a fresh RA must be acquired. The buyer bears responsibility for covering all return freight charges.

Step 3:

  • If you experience any problems while registering or have any queries regarding the warranty, get in touch with customer support. You can find their contact information on the website. For example, you can find a helpdesk number or an e-mail address.

  • The warranty department will look at your claim and issue a decision according to the terms and conditions of the warranty. The process may take a few minutes, so please be patient.

  • For detailed information regarding warranty registration and claims, it is recommended to visit the official website of the brand or to contact customer support directly.
