Step 1:

Step 2:

What is covered under the Shokz Warranty?

Shokz provides a two-year warranty for all new products bought from authorized retailers in many countries. If you purchase refurbished products from authorized retailers, they are covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects. Your warranty starts on the date of your purchase. In the event you need to make a claim and receive a replacement unit, the warranty period for the replacement unit will still be based on your original purchase date. This warranty specifically addresses manufacturer defects. Shokz will diligently attempt to resolve any issues before, at its discretion, determining whether the product is genuinely defective. This warranty grants you certain legal entitlements, and you may also possess additional rights that can differ depending on your location or region.

  • 1-year limited warranty for refurbished products

  • 2-year limited warranty for all new products

What is NOT covered under the Shokz Warranty?

This warranty does not cover defects or damages resulting from the product's use in a manner other than its normal and customary use. It also excludes defects or damages arising from abnormal use, abnormal conditions, improper storage, immersion in liquid, unauthorized modifications, unauthorized connections, unauthorized repair attempts, misuse, neglect, abuse, accidents, alterations, improper installations, or any other actions not attributable to Shokz, including damage during shipping. Furthermore, this warranty does not extend to alleged product defects or malfunctions about which the Shokz Customer Service Department was not informed by the consumer during the relevant limited warranty period. It's important to note that this limited warranty supersedes all other warranties, whether expressed or implied, factual or legal, statutory or otherwise. This includes any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose. Additionally, damage resulting from the use of accessories not approved by Shokz is not covered, nor are damages to plastic surfaces or any other externally exposed parts that result from normal customer use. Lastly, products acquired or used in a rental program are not eligible for warranty coverage.
