  • Your products getting registered is the easiest way to claim your warranty. 

  • You can register your newly purchased Navien unit or warranty replacement unit before providing your details. 

  • For the first option, product information is necessary. You'll need to supply the serial number, installation date, and other pertinent details to make a warranty claim.

  • The serial number of the product comprises 15-16 digits and can be found either on the right side of the box or on the back of the front cover.

Step 2:

  • Navien products are accompanied by a limited warranty covering labor, parts, and the heat exchanger.

  • For further details, please select a product from the menu on the official website.

  • To request warranty repair service, the end user or homeowner should contact the initial installer of their Navien product.

  • If it's not possible to identify the original installer, the end user or homeowner can reach out to Navien's Technical Administration Department. 

Step 3:

  • If you have any doubts about their products and warranty policy Contact their support team and they will be pleased to help you. You have to fill up the form given by them.

  • In place of making a phone call, you also have the option to engage in a live chat with them.

  • 1-year warranty for labor

  • 3-year and 5-year warranty for parts

  • 5, 8, 10, 15-year warranty for heat exchangers
