Shinola welcomes returns via mail or in-store for purchases made directly from Shinola within 30 days of the purchase date, with the exception of specified items. Please note that products that have been monogrammed, engraved, or customized are not eligible for return or exchange.
Valid refunds will be issued through the original payment method or, if desired, in the form of a Shinola gift card. Please be aware that orders made using Affirm cannot be refunded to a Shinola gift card.
