Step 1:

  • The defective products that are in used condition have a time limit of thirty days from the purchase date to make the return, accompanied by the receipt and quality control form. The defective products will be replaced surely for one time.

  • You will have the products back as they were when you returned them when they are proven to have no manufacturing defects and it is explained in the written evaluation that tells you about their findings.

Step 2:

  • Fila has determined to process your return within six weeks, but this time period may be extended. They offer you an equivalent item for your returned products when the exact replacement is out of stock.

  • You have only ten days of notification period that starts from the date of receipt of the replacement product, which is not up to your expectations.

Step 3:

  • The same 30-day duration is applicable to return the dissatisfied products in unused, unworn, and in a saleable condition. Those products must have been purchased from the official website of Fila. Use this form to print the return label.

  • The seller will refund your amount in 7-14 business days to the original form of payment used for the order. Additionally, there may be a further delay of one or two additional days. Kindly get in touch with the customer service team in case you have problems yet.

What is covered under the Fila Warranty?
