  • The denial of the warranty claim depends on the credibility of the claim you made, or you will be directed to receive warranty service from the Authorized Wilson Dealer of purchase. You can have any one of the remedies provided by Wilson for the products covered under the warranty period.

Step 2:

  • All products can be returned within thirty days of receipt of the product excluding custom product orders. The return form requires you to fill out your email address and order number. On the top of the form, you can see the list of steps to be done for the return.

  • Upon receipt of your return/item(s) at their warehouse, they will promptly process your refund, which will be credited back to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days.

What is covered under the Wilson Sporting Goods Warranty?

The limited warranty is valid exclusively for residents of the United States and applies solely to products listed on the official website. Wilson assures the products against any discrepancies with Wilson's material and workmanship standards for the designated warranty duration, extending coverage to the original purchaser

  • 6-month warranty on racquetball, rackets, padel, paddles

  • 1-year warranty on golf irons, golf drivers, golf woods, golf hybrids, golf wedges

What is NOT covered under the Wilson Sporting Goods Warranty?

The limited warranty excludes coverage for normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage such as natural fading of colors, damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, or negligence, including prolonged exposure to adverse weather conditions. It also does not cover failure to adhere to care instructions, damage caused by rips, cuts, or tears, burns, abrasions, or products treated with steaming devices or other heat treatments. Additionally, unauthorized modification or alteration, including repairs conducted outside of Wilson customer service, removal or defacement of holograms or date codes, products purchased from unauthorized dealers or counterfeit sources, and products bought "used," "as-is," or "without warranty" are not covered. Any damages occurring after the warranty period are also excluded from the warranty coverage.
