For products under warranty, Wilson offers appropriate remedies based on the claim assessment. You can begin your claim by filling out the Warranty Claim Form.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, except for custom orders.
Complete the return form by entering your email and order number. A list of return steps is provided at the top of the form.
Once the return is received at the warehouse, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited to the original payment method.
