3 Simple Steps for Converse Warranty Claim:

Step 1:

  • Whenever you face any problems with the normal or customized products that you have bought recently from the official website, you have the convenience of sending them back to Converse within thirty days of purchase.

  • The Converse claim information form is to be filled out when you are not able to go to the place of purchase, forget to return the products within the given frame, or deal with material flaws or defects.

Step 2:

  • A stretched 60-day and 45-day time period has been given to return the products to Converse and the store respectively. More importantly, this duration applies to the products ordered online from November 1, 2023, to January 4, 2024.

  • For a successful return, three procedures have to be followed: placing the items in the shipping box, and dropping the box at the UPS location after affixing the return label to the box's outer surface. The return label can also be shown to the cashier at any UPS location if you don't want to affix it.

Step 3:

  • The return label can be downloaded by searching for the order using the link mentioned above. The members of Converse can download the return label from the "My Account" section. You should keep in mind that the return label is printable.

  • After receiving and processing your return, they will refund your original form of payment. Additionally, please reach out to the Customer Service Team through their onsite chat feature or by phone, and they will gladly provide further assistance.

  • During the warranty process, Converse may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the warranty period.
