BOSTITCH guarantees to the original end-user purchaser that products labeled with a limited warranty will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. BOSTITCH agrees to repair or replace, at its discretion, any defective BOSTITCH-branded products used in production applications within a specified period from the date of purchase or delivery. This limited warranty is non-transferable, and proof of purchase indicating when and where the product was purchased may be required. The warranty covers only damages resulting from defects in materials or workmanship.
BOSTITCH retains the right to deny warranty claims for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unapproved online sites. The warranty does not cover issues or malfunctions caused by normal wear and tear, neglect, abuse, accidents, or repairs attempted or performed by anyone other than company-owned or authorized independent service centers.
