Step 1:

  • Boat will provide general service and technical support to all its customers following the prevalent service and technical support policies.

  • Visit the register complaint page and raise a complaint by entering the required details: 'Product Group,' 'Product,' and 'PIN code.'

  • The page redirects you to another page requesting your name, email, and mobile number. Please allow access to your location to continue filing a claim. To verify the process, it will send a 4-digit OTP to the registered number.

  • Repair or replacement will be carried out through the company’s service center, its authorized service partners, or through door-to-door services.

Step 2:

  • If there is a boat authorized service centre near your location, you will be shown the service center name, location, and phone number. Please visit the service centre to claim the warranty.

  • Provide them with detailed information regarding the problematic product and the original proof of purchase.

  • The proof of purchase should indicate the name and address of the seller, the date and place of purchase, and a valid serial number in case of serialized products.

Step 3:

  • If there is no service center near your location, you will be directed to a form where you need to fill out the required details and upload a scanned copy of the invoice

  • The team will verify the invoice and arrange the pickup of the product from your address. After inspection, they will ship a replacement to you.

  • You can check your warranty status using the Warranty Track link with your registered mobile number and ticket number, then click "Track"

  • The replacement product is usually delivered within 0-5 business days

  • If it has not been picked up after 5 business days, please email your query to [email protected]

Boat Warranty Period:

  • Boat offers a 12-month limited warranty on audio devices, wearables, and power banks

  • Boat provides a 24-month limited warranty on standalone cables and chargers.

  • DOA (Dead on Arrival) products found faulty or not in proper working condition within 7 working days from the date of purchase.
  • DOA period of 15 days for purchases made on the boAt official website.
  • Onsite warranty service for boAt soundbars and Party Pal speakers.

What is NOT covered under the Boat Warranty?

Boat warranty does not apply to:

  • The charging cables supplied with Boat products.
  • Any products damaged or rendered unusable due to misuse, negligence, or external factors.
  • Any claims for compensation, damages, or losses, whether direct or indirect.
