  • You have the right to receive a replacement or refund in the case of a significant failure, and indemnification for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

  • Customers also have the right to request the repair or replacement of goods if they do not meet acceptable quality standards and the failure is not considered a major issue.

Step 3:

  • Seima assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage to furniture, floor coverings, walls, fixtures, or any other consequential losses resulting from defects in the product or its components.

  • Seima stands behind its products with warranties that lead the industry in parts replacement. The initial year encompasses a comprehensive warranty covering both parts and labor.

  • During the warranty process, Seima may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the warranty period. The time period is 12 months, 15 years, or 30 years, depending on the model.

What is covered under the Seima Warranty?

The Seima warranty applies to all relevant products, and it is a requirement that these products be installed by a licensed plumber. Proof of purchase must be provided for warranty claims, and the coverage is limited to the first owner, with the start date determined from the purchase date or the builder handover date.

What is NOT covered under the Seima Warranty?

The warranties will become void in instances of transport-related impacts, scuffs, scratches, or tampering. Additionally, improper or unsuitable use, maintenance, or cleaning, incorrect repairs performed by unauthorized technicians, and normal wear and tear are excluded from warranty coverage. Non-compliance with technical, installation, or care instructions, water pressure exceeding 500 kPa (as per AS3000), and damage resulting from not flushing water lines or the presence of foreign materials in water lines are also conditions that nullify the warranties.
