You need to incur a call-out fee of $95.00 + GST for the products that are out of Decina warranty coverage. You are eligible to claim the warranty if you prove to them that your products have manufacturing defects.
Decina disclaims responsibility for any further repairs or costs arising from consequential damage identified post-installation of the product. Your enquiries will be answered within 72 hours of receiving the information.

The Decina warranty is applicable exclusively to faults or defects resulting solely from defective materials or workmanship in the products. Decina provides a comprehensive extended warranty for all its products, covering materials and manufacturing, starting from the date of purchase. The extended warranty is valid solely for the initial purchaser and cannot be transferred to another party.
The warranty does not cover defects resulting from various factors, including but not limited to accidental damage, improper installation, failure to adhere to company recommendations during installation, abuse, misuse, maltreatment, abnormal stress or strain, severe weather conditions (such as excessively high water temperatures), or neglect of the products in any form. Additionally, the warranty does not apply to alterations, modifications, or changes made by external parties to the original product.
