You need to incur a call-out fee of $95.00 + GST for the products that are out of Decina warranty coverage. You are eligible to claim the warranty if you prove to them that your products have manufacturing defects.
Decina disclaims responsibility for any further repairs or costs arising from consequential damage identified post-installation of the product. Your enquiries will be answered within 72 hours of receiving the information.
After completing all the fields in the form, you should affix a few photos either in JPG, PNG, or PDF formats which are at the bottom.
