The form contains fields such as the subject, location, and date of the purchase, your name, contact information, order number, and description of the claim. Additionally, proof of purchase, photos, and installation receipt should be uploaded.
You may either receive a replacement for the faulty product, repair or replacement service by a licensed service agent, or a refund followed by the return of the product to Fienza or the store.
Within 48 hours of delivery, you must inform them of receiving the faulty, damaged, or shortages via physical writing or email to the original delivery address. Not submitting in writing within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of any claims made.
For goods returned due to incorrect or canceled orders, a restocking fee of 20% along with the return freight cost to Fienza will be applied. The faulty or damaged products will lose their eligibility for replacement or warranty once they are installed.
