You need to furnish basic details such as name, email address, phone number, address, and serial number of the product.
The experts from Seagate will provide you a return order number which you will need to use while returning the products.
Products must be returned to Seagate, either in their original packaging or packaging with proper protective techniques, and then shipped to Seagate directly or to an authorized dealer.
After the verification process, Seagate will replace your product with a functionally equivalent one without any charge.
Also, note that the company will pay for sending you the replaced products. However, you are responsible for the products sent by you to the company.
