  • Miele may provide repair or replacement of the defective product, and customers should follow their instructions and procedures for the Miele warranty claim to be processed and resolved.

  • During the warranty process, Miele may offer you one of the following solutions: a warranty replacement or warranty service. The warranty period is usually 1 year or 2 years.

Step 2:

  • To register your product, sign up by providing an email address and a password. Complete the account creation process by entering your personal information, address, and contact details.

  • After creating an account, you can initiate the product registration process by clicking the "Register Now" option.

  • Please ensure you provide the product designation or valid serial number. The serial number of your Miele appliance can be found on the respective data tag.

Step 3:

  • After successfully registering your product, you can easily avail the warranty or book a technician.

  • You can request a repair service by completing a repair request form, which includes product details, a description of the issue you are encountering, preferred time, a summary, and confirmation of your request.

  • Submit the registration form and you may receive a verification email with your registration details.

Miele Warranty Period:

  • Miele offers a 1-year warranty for Classic Series Canister Vacuums and Swing Series H1 Vacuums, and a 2-year warranty for Scout Robotic Vacuums and Triflex Series Cordless Vacuums. All domestic appliances come with a 2-year manufacturer's limited warranty

  • For residential products sold after June 2022, Miele provides a 2-year warranty with the option to purchase an extended 3-year warranty, giving customers a total of 5 years of coverage from the date of purchase
