  • The warranty registration form can be found in either the main menu or the footer and must be read through thoroughly to ensure that the coverage, limitations, and any special requirements for registration or claims are understood.

Step 2:

  • Ensure that the registration form contains accurate information regarding your product, such as your personal information, purchase details, and any other necessary fields.

  • If the registration form necessitates the submission of any supporting documents, such as copies of purchase receipts, warranty cards, and product serial numbers, ensure that these documents are available and scanned or taken in clear photos.

  • Once the registration form has been completed and any necessary documents have been attached, the registration can be submitted either by selecting "Submit" from the online form, or by adhering to the instructions provided.

  • Please save this confirmation for future use. If you experience any problems with the Milgard product that are covered by the warranty coverage, please contact Milgard customer support.

  • A representative will be available to assist you with the warranty claim process. Please be prepared to provide information regarding the issue, the product, and any documentation.

  • It is important to adhere to the specific instructions provided on Milgard's website or accompanying documentation, as the registration process and the warranty claim process, may differ slightly depending on the product and the region.

  • During the warranty process, Milgard may offer you one of the following solutions: a warranty replacement or warranty service. The warranty period typically ranges from a limited lifetime warranty to a 20-year warranty.

Milgard Warranty Period:

  • The Full Lifetime Warranty applies to the V450 and style line series | V250 only if an upgrade is purchased during the sale and reflected in the order document.

  • The UltraTM Series (C650, V450, V350), Style Line Series (V250, V150), and Aluminum Thermally Improved Series (A250, Standard Aluminum, A150) offer a limited lifetime limited warranty.

  • For the UltraTM Series, the Lifetime Limited Warranty is 20 years for the mainframe, and 20 years for the interior and exterior components.
