  • It's important to be aware that there is a 15% restocking fee for custom products when returned, except for pre-configured controllers, which are exempt from this fee.

  • Nonetheless, if a returned item is determined to be defective, the restocking fee will not be applicable. 

  • You will receive reimbursement for delivery fees or SCUF will consider the return of opened items solely under circumstances where they exhibit faults or were mistakenly supplied.
