The following procedures will help you claim the Burton warranty.
There are two methods to initiate a warranty claim: either by returning the product to the store where you received it or by completing the form online and sending it to them. You will have to pay shipping fees.
Your personal details along with info about the product and shipping and contact information must be mentioned in the form. By signing up using your email, you will receive their latest promotions and more in addition to warranty information.
Products can only be returned to Burton if they were purchased directly from Burton, either through the official website or at a Burton-owned Flagship store. If you bought Burton products from other retailers, you will need to see their specific return and refund policies.
A full refund will be offered for the cost of the merchandise to the original form of payment within 7 to 14 days after Burton receives your return. It may take up to 30 days to be visible on your credit card statement.
All items should be returned to the same country where you made the purchase. The duration of the repair turnaround time varies based on the type of repair. Typically, their standard repair turnaround time is 3-4 weeks, but it may extend beyond this timeframe during their busy winter season.
Customer support has answers to the majority of the questions asked by clients, where you can learn about their policies regarding shipping, returns and exchanges, and warranty.
Contact them through email, live chat, direct call, or by going to a nearby store. Make sure to retain the manuals that offer instructions on how to use boots and snowboards.

The Burton Lifetime Warranty applies exclusively to the original owner who can provide proof of purchase from Burton or an authorized dealer. This warranty includes defects in materials and workmanship. In essence, if your product experiences a failure attributed to issues with materials or craftsmanship, Burton will, at their discretion, either repair it at no cost or replace it. Eligible products are automatically covered by this lifetime warranty, and there's no requirement for registration or activation of the warranty on your part.
Limited lifetime warranty on Apparels, Outwears, Gloves, Bags and Baseplates
1-year limited warranty on Boots, Bindings, Helmets and Goggles
3-year limited warranty on Snowboards
The Burton lifetime warranty does not extend to issues like regular wear and tear, damage resulting from misuse, damage caused by impacts or accidents, and improper care, including storage.
In 1977, Jake Burton Carpenter founded Burton Snowboards, a privately owned company renowned for snowboard manufacturing. A significant milestone arrived in 2008 when the company introduced a pioneering single-channel binding-mounting system on its models. This innovation's resounding success prompted its integration into other snowboard lines in 2009. The system was accompanied by a carefully drafted binding system with the objective of endowing riders with superior control and an enhanced connection to the board. This groundbreaking binding system, known as EST® (Extra Sensory Technology), brought about a paradigm shift in snowboarding by reducing weight through a distinctive side-mounting approach, eliminating the necessity for a central baseplate. Notably, Burton's inaugural snowboard model, the BB1, was characterized by its sleek design, featuring single-strap bindings and a distinctive rope and handle attachment at the board's nose.
