Items can be returned to Burton only if they were bought directly from Burton, either via the official website or at a Burton-owned Flagship store. If you purchased Burton products from other retailers, you'll need to refer to their individual return and refund policies.
You will receive a full refund for the merchandise's cost to the original form of payment within 7 to 14 days after Burton receives your return. It may take up to 30 days to reflect on your credit card statement.

The Burton Lifetime Warranty is applicable only to the original owner who can furnish proof of purchase from Burton or an authorized dealer. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. Essentially, if your product experiences a failure due to material or craftsmanship issues, Burton will, at their discretion, either repair it at no cost or replace it. Eligible products are automatically included in this lifetime warranty, and there's no need for you to register or activate the warranty.

The Burton lifetime warranty does not cover issues such as regular wear and tear, damage from misuse, impacts or accidents, and improper care, including storage.
