3 Simple Steps for SCOTT Sports Warranty Claim:

Step 1:

  • Your name, email, address, postal code, city, country, gender, and date of birth have to be submitted for registration. If a warranty claim arises, the SCOTT bicycle must be submitted to an authorized SCOTT dealer.

  • The warranty period is shortened to three years if the SCOTT bicycle does not undergo annual servicing by an authorized SCOTT dealer.

Step 2:

  • For returns initiated within 30 days from the order date, SCOTT will not charge the return shipment fee of $6.95. Returns processed between 31-90 days from the order date will have the $6.95 fee deducted from their refund amount.

  • Kindly return the product in its original packaging, ensuring all documents, tags, and/or product labels are included. Please mark the item you intend to return on the return note and indicate the reason for the return. Place the product along with the return note into the box and seal it securely.

Step 3:

  • Upon completing the form, you will have the option to generate and print a return shipping label. Additionally, the label will be sent to you via email for your convenience.

  • If you have any inquiries, concerns, or warranty-related issues regarding your product, please refer to the FAQs or reach out to your local Dealer, who should be your initial point of contact.

  • During the warranty process, SCOTT Sports may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the warranty period.
