Step 1:

  • Nothing provides instructions for claiming the warranty or sending back defective products. This process involves contacting the customer service center, which requires you to submit the original proof of purchase, model and serial number, and images for evidence.

  • Individuals who received the products directly from Nothing are allowed to make a warranty claim, and no one else has the authority to do so. This limited warranty is non-transferable.

Step 2:

What is covered under the Nothing Warranty?

The commencement of the limited warranty period starts from the date of your purchase for each warranted product. Repair or replacement of a warranted product does not extend the limited warranty periods.

  • 12-month warranty on Smartphones, Headphones, and other Electronic Devices

What is NOT covered under the Nothing Warranty?

The limited warranty does not cover software, consumable items, or accessories, even if they are packaged and sold together with the products. Defects or damage resulting from accidents, neglect, misuse, or abnormal use, as well as those caused by abnormal conditions, improper storage, exposure to liquid, moisture, dampness, sand, dirt, or unusual physical, electrical, or electromechanical stress, are not covered. Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage are excluded from coverage unless caused by Nothing. The warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from excessive force or the use of metallic objects on the touch panel, nor does it cover devices with removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or illegible serial numbers or identifiers. Ordinary wear and tear, defects, or damage resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories, products, or peripheral equipment, or from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, or adjustment not approved by Nothing, are not covered. External causes such as collisions, fire, flooding, dirt, windstorms, lightning, earthquakes, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuses, or improper use of electrical sources are excluded from warranty coverage. Defects or damage resulting from cellular signal reception or transmission, viruses, or other software problems introduced into the products are not covered. Products not purchased from the official site or authorized resellers, as well as repairs conducted by unofficial repair centers or unauthorized repair services, are not covered by the warranty.
