Capture clear photos or videos of the affected component(s); the consumer care team requires visual evidence of the failure to determine the next steps for repair or replacement.
Rule out non-standard use; the warranty does not cover failures resulting from competition, jumping, trick riding, or carrying heavy loads beyond the bike's design limits.

Provide the model number, date code, and purchase information as requested; claims missing this data will be automatically denied.
Retain the bicycle during the evaluation process; in some cases, you may be required to return the product to the place of purchase or to Pacific Cycle for further inspection.
