Step 1:

  • Locate your Order Number from your confirmation email and your Serial Number, which is found on a barcode on the underside of the bike frame.

  • Ensure you are the original owner and that the bike was shipped to the contiguous United States; the warranty is non-transferable and region-specific.

  • Confirm the bicycle was professionally assembled; Priority strongly recommends professional setup to ensure safety and to maintain warranty eligibility, as damage from improper assembly is not covered.

  • Secure a clear photograph of the area of concern; all product defects must be confirmed via photo or by a professional bicycle technician.

Step 2:

  • Contact the Priority team via email at info(at)prioritybicycles.com to receive pre-authorization; do not ship parts back without prior approval.

  • Rule out "Break-in" maintenance; wheels can come out of true and spokes can loosen during the first 100–200 miles of riding. These are considered standard maintenance and are not manufacturing defects.

  • For e-bikes, be prepared to return the defective part; Priority requires the warrantied part to be shipped back to their department before a replacement can be released (unless a refundable deposit is made).

Step 3:

  • Follow the specific instructions provided by the Priority support team; they will work with you to arrange local repairs or ship replacement components as needed.

  • For non-Priority branded parts (like certain tires or saddles), the support team will help you coordinate directly with the respective manufacturer for their specific warranty process.

  • Note that the owner is responsible for all labor costs involved in component replacement and any return shipping charges to Priority Bicycles.

Priority Bicycles Warranty Period:

  • Frame & Fork: 5‑year warranty against material/workmanship defects.

  • Components (non‑electrical): 1‑year warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • E‑motor, battery, displays, electrical parts: 2‑year warranty (components only parts may need to be returned for evaluation)
