  • Even though you don't have an account, your orders can be tracked by providing the order number, email address, and postal code. You can do fast and easy checkouts, receive exclusive offers, and handle your own information only if you have an account.

Step 2:

  • You will receive a return label and a return number together with the return instructions that have the procedure to return the products through the email sent by the American Tourister once you complete the return form.

  • The time duration is fourteen days starting from the day you informed them about your return request to send the products back to them. You are allowed to return them in case you purchased them on the official website. 

  • Please go to the place where you made the purchase for any other returns. Unused items with original labels, usage instructions, warranty leaflets, and other hangtags and wrappings in their original carton are acceptable.
