  • During the warranty process, Aldi may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the warranty period. Each product has a different warranty period.

Step 2:

  • ALDI offers a 60-day in-store return policy for clients who are not satisfied with the products they purchase. Make sure you have proof of purchase when returning the products.

  • The products are expected to be in a resalable condition, accompanied by the supplied packaging. If the item is part of a multi-part set, all components of the set should be included in the return. Additionally, the returns form should be enclosed with the product.

Step 3:

  • For grocery items, you have to create an account by registering your groceries. The newly launched Grocery Click and Collect service will only be accessible to customers after they complete the registration process.

  • Your name, email, phone number, and password are required for registration. Without registering your items, you can't do anything with your orders, such as tracking or anything else.
